Mr. Printables has a very cute roll up printable calendar.
House and Home has a fun way to display a secret ornament to hang each day.
Gluesticks has this super cute Santa advent where you cut off part of his beard each day.
I'm not sure where I first saw this idea but Dana from MADE shares this idea of wrapping a seasonal book to read each day - you can check out from the library, use some you already have, and mix in a few new ones.
